Star Wars discussion with George Lucas on ‘The Daily Show’
Star Wars is franchise conceived by George Lucas. On January 5th, 2010, George Lucas made an appearance on ‘The Daily Show’ and had a talk with Jon Stewart.
Though the motive of George Lucas’ appearance on ‘The Daily Show’ was to promote his book ‘George Lucas’ Blockbusting-‘A Decade-by-Decade Survey of Timeless Movies Including Untold Secrets of Their Financial and Cultural Success’, the center of the discussion was Star Wars actually. Jon Stewart asks questions upon questions and George Lucas answers them brilliantly and perfectly. A video of the discussion has also been released.
As of now, Star Wars franchise is entertaining the viewers with an animated series named Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The series is premiered on October 3, 2008 on the Cartoon Network. It continues the storyline of previous 2003 Star Wars: The Clone Wars series. The second season of the show is on air nowadays and series creator George Lucas has said that there would be at least five seasons of the series.
The Deserter is the latest episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, which is aired on January 1, 2010. As of now, the fans of the show are waiting for the next episodes of the current season of the show.
